Blake really got into fitness after doing a few years in business management. He was making more than enough money to put food on the table but was still hungry.
“I knew there was more to life and more to being human than what I was doing.”
On a whim Blake took a Muay Thai (Thai boxing) class and fell in love immediately. About a year later, decided to quit the management position and start coaching boxing and fitness full time.
Through martial arts, he was introduced to unconventional fitness using tools such as bodyweight, kettlebells, clubs and maces and these have been my focus ever since.
“I love human movement and experiencing what feats the human body is capable of. I push myself to do things I thought impossible daily and inspire my clients and people I encounter to do the same”
