Dan has served in the Air Force since 2013 and has developed a passion for fitness along the way. After improperly training and dealing with injuries, he decided to get his training certification so he could understand how to work out the right way. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and love of fitness to his clients and assisting them in reaching their goals.,

Dan has also coached youth soccer and specializes in functional fitness, conditioning, and kid’s fitness.
