Melissa started out as a dancer, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Hip Hop.  Having always been interested in fitness she got certified as a personal trainer by NASM. She continued her education and went through all forms of Pilates Training on the machines as well as on the Mat.

Melissa likes to incorporate a little of everything into her training: strength, Pilates, kettlebells, cardio, stretching, while maintaining correct posture and form, catering to the needs of the individual.

Weight management, Youth fitness, Women’s fitness, Senior fitness, Integrated Balance, Reactive and Resistance training, Cardio Training for Sports performance, Neuromuscular Stretching, and FMS. Mat as well as all Pilates Machines. Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair
