The IMPACT ZONE Facility

IMPACT ZONE is a full-service fitness and sports performance facility specializing in Group Fitness, 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training and Sports Specific Training. IZ is equipped with over 40 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, and a large variety of free weights and Hammer Strength weight machines. The facility was designed by individuals that have been in the fitness industry and martial arts for over 30 years. The equipment in our facility is specifically chosen to provide the best results for all fitness levels from beginners to seasoned professional athletes.

STRIKE ZONE is an intense group cardio combat program. At its core, the STRIKE ZONE training program is a carefully chosen combination of weight training, interval training, cardiovascular training, and striking from all combative sports. During each 55-minute session, you’ll burn 800-1,200 calories and push yourself harder than ever before. You’ll also build muscle, burn fat, and increase your cardiovascular threshold and learn martial arts.

All sessions are led by specialized staff members with a deep knowledge of martial arts and a passion for helping you maximize your mental and physical strength.

STRIKE ZONE is for everyone. We accept any level of fitness from the beginner to the seasoned professional. It is designed for individuals who want to be in the BEST shape of their lives.
