Phil Velez was involved in baseball and football throughout his childhood. For a while following high school, he lived in Florida where he worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. Phil realized that his love for sports and working out was more than a passion and decided to come back to New Jersey to pursue fitness as a serious career. ͞

Phil has his personal training certification, as well as TRX group training certification. He has experience working with clients of all ages for the past 10 years. He has done strength and conditioning with children as young as 8 years old and works with many high school level athletes to prepare them for upcoming athletic seasons. He specializes in circuit and resistance training and focuses on building strength while keeping up heart rate through consistent movement and repetitive sets.
