Aga has over 6 years of experience in various combative martial arts styles, boxing, and fitness. She has trained in Muay Thai, western boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, wrestling, and mixed martial arts. She has obtained instructor level status in Muay Thai as well as boxing. Her personal combative arts training includes: over two solid years of tutelage under professional boxers, two years with Professional fighter, Jamal Patterson, in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, and mixed martial arts.
Aga’s personal accomplishments include an amateur boxing record of 4 wins and 0 losses, 4 K.O.s. She has been highlighted on NDTV Polish TV, New York 6/28/13 for boxing.
Aga switched from boxing to mixed martial arts due to the inability to find female opponents that were willing to compete with her. Her amateur Muay Thai record is 1-0 and is currently fighting under Spyder Muay Thai. Her current amateur MMA record is 1-0.
Aga obtained her personal training certification through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She has trained both beginners to advanced level men and women and has helped them to obtain their personal fitness and/or athletic goals. Aga stresses the need for proper technique with a positive goal-driven attitude to obtain her clients’ goals.
